Franka is a Dental Surgeon and principal of Apex Dental Services Ltd.- a state-of-the art facility focused on delivering quality dental care in Barbados.

Care and excellence are the hallmarks of Franka’s life professionally, personally and in ministry. She is a Barbados Exhibition Scholar with a Bachelors in Dental Surgery with Honours, from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom) with over 29 years of dental experience in both private practice as well as the public sector.

In addition to partnering with God to successfully build her current private practice, Franka has devoted her life to faithfully serving in the Kingdom through her spiritual mentorship of others, especially young people.

Franka is a teacher and preacher of the Word of God, she is both practical and relatable in her approach which makes her your impactful everyday speaker. Her reputation in Christian, business and secular circles has positioned her to encourage people from all walks of life to trust God to be the Lord of their lives.

Franka has been married to Ian for 26 years and has two very spirited tween girls, Gabrielle and Gemma.

What keeps her growing in her faith? Her watch word, found in Psalm 127:1 Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman watches but in vain. Her experiences are grounded in the truth that the absolute and continual guidance of the Lord is paramount for anything to be soundly established and flourish.
